Please Note:
Let Period:- Minimum let period is 3 days. Any let
period less than 7 days is charged at daily rate plus cleaning charge. Any let
period of more than 7 days is charged at weekly rate, plus appropriate daily
charge.
Discount:- Any let period of more than 14 days is subject to 5% discount.
This discount rate is also applicable if client is doing a two-centre holiday of
a minimum of a week at both properties.
Deposit:- 50% to be paid within 7 days of booking being made
Balance Due:- to be paid not later than 14 days prior to the due date of
commencement of occupancy
Cleaning Charge:- £20
