Let Period:- Minimum let period is 3 days. Any let
period of more than 7 days is charged at weekly rate, plus appropriate daily
charge.
Discount:- Any let period of more than 14 days is subject to 5% discount.
This discount rate also applies if a two-centre holiday is booked, with
a minimum of a week at both properties.
Deposit:- 50% to be paid at time of booking.
Balance:- To be paid not later than 28 days prior to the due date of
commencement of stay
